Car Rental
A valid driver's license (international driving permit recommended if not in English/French), passport or national ID, and a security deposit (credit card or cash in RWF).
Yes, with prior arrangement. We provide the necessary paperwork for travel to Uganda, DRC, Burundi, or Tanzania.
Absolutely. Pick up in Kigali and drop off in Gisenyi, Musanze, or other towns. An additional fee may apply.
Yes, all rentals include comprehensive insurance and roadside assistance.
Yes, our professional chauffeur service is available for an additional fee.
Tours & Safaris
All packages include accommodation, park/activity permits, transport, and an experienced guide. Meals are included as specified. International flights and visas are not included.
Yes! We offer single supplement options and can connect you with small group departures.

Rwanda's gorilla trekking is available year-round. The dry seasons (June–September and December–February) offer the most comfortable trekking conditions.
Booking & Payment
Browse our website, call us, or send a WhatsApp message. We'll confirm availability and send you a quote within 24 hours.
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money (MTN, Airtel). Cash payments in RWF or USD are also accepted.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Gorilla permits are non-refundable.
